Imaginary Enemy

Bernadette Arias, Performer
he | him | they | them

Medium: Movement performance with lighting and sound

This piece centers around my emotional and physical journey of healing. This moment is a safe space to take everything in and release the imaginary enemies that haunt me, you, and whomever this applies to. Come on, it is time to be free.

As the song begins, I would like you to take 5 slow deep breaths in and out.
